Christina Creel, Jen Hoefert, and Vanessa Eulo, 4th year medical students at Rush Medical College, are leaving for India today! They will be there February 14-28, 2015. Located in Anaikatty hills on the border of Tamil Nadu and Kerala, they will have the opportunity to care for about 150 villages with a population of nearly two lakhs (unit in the Indian Numbering System equal to one hundred thousand). With specializations in Cardiology, General Surgery, and Maternity departments, they also care for patients from nearby cities such as Coimbatore.
